Cultural Collaboration: Cuba In My Heart
In April a team of two of Austin’s finest restauranteurs Chef Mark Paul and Fernando Saralegui along with several nationally notable chefs, JBF nominees & award winners were invited to cook dinner at the James Beard House in NYC.
Presented by CasaCuba and the Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Florida International University the event brought together the culinary heritage of Cuba in a 5-course tasting menu that included three appetizers, dessert and wine pairings.
